(PL) Crispy Christmas cookies
Ingredients:
- Flour-600 gr
- Butter-200 gr
- Icing sugar- 300gr
- Baking powder- 1 tea spoon
- Sour cream- 4 spoons
- Yolks- 2
- Some sugar
Preparation
- Chop butter with flour.
- Add yolks.
- Add icing sugar.
- Add baking powder.
- Add 4 spoons of sour cream.
- Knead dough.
- Put the dough into the fridge for at least one hour.
- Roll the dough and cut out different shapes.
- Spread some white on the cookies.
- Sprinkle cookies with sugar (not icing one).
- Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes at 160 Celsius.
Enjoy the cookies with milk !
