(SP) APRIL 23RD: BOOK'S DAY

El pasado 23 de abril celebramos en los centros escolares el Día del libro. Este año hemos conmemorado el centenario de "Platero y Yo" de Juan Ramón Jiménez. Durante los días previos realizamos diferentes actividades en las cuales participó todo el alumnado del centro. Muchas de las actividades fueron organizadas por un grupo de padres y madres del centro junto a algunos maestros.

Last April 23rd we celebrated the Book's Day at school. This year we have conmemorated the centenary of "Platero y Yo" by Juan Ramón Jiménez. Along previous days we carried out different activities and all the students participated. Lots of activities were organized by some parents and some teachers from the school.

Os dejo un video donde podéis ver una recreación de la obra en la que vemos alumnos y alumnas de 2ºB visitando a Platero, el burrito de Juan Ramón Jiménez, que vino a visitarnos al centro junto a su dueño y sus sobrinos.

Here you are a video where you can see a recreation of the book and you can see a group of students from Primary 2B visiting Platero, the little donkey of Juan Ramón jimenez, which came to visit us with its owner (The book's author) and his nephews.

También realizamos una maratón de lectura donde tanto padres como estudiantes leyeron fragmentos de la obra durante toda la jornada escolar.
We also carried out a reading marathon where parents and students read chapters from the book along the working day.
