(DE) Interview of children having parents natives from other countries

Lyonel, Steffi, Victor und Fynn erzählten uns viele interessante Sachen über die Heimatländer ihrer Eltern.

Lyonel, Steffi, Victor and Fynn told us very interesting things from the natives countries of their parents.

Lyonel und Steffi haben uns Togo vorgestellt.
Sie zeigten uns typische togolesische Schuhe, die Lyonel selbst als Kind getragen hat.

Lyonel and Steffi presentend Togo.
They showed us which kind of shoes they weared when they were younger.

Steffis Vater hat in Togo Fußball gespielt. Lyonel brachte uns ein Fußballtrikot in den togolesischen Farben mit.

Steffi's father used to play soccer in Togo. She brought us a soccershirt in the colours of the flag from Togo.

Wir durften auch ein paar togolesische Spezialitäten probieren: Kochbananen, geröstete Erdnüsse und Maismehl. Lecker!
We also ate some special food from Togo: Cooking bananas, peanuts and cornflour. Yummy :-)

Zum Schluss zeigten sie uns noch einen togolesischen Geldschein: 1000 Francs CFA. Das sind nur 1,50€!
At last they showed us a banknote of Togo: 1000 Francs CFA. These are only 1,50€!


Victor stellte uns ein Kochbuch mit Spezialitäten aus Schwäbisch Hall vor. Aus dieser Stadt kommt sein Vater. Seine Mutter ist Französin und kommt aus dem Elsass. Er zeigte uns ein Buch mit tradionellen elsässischen Trachten.

Victor showed us a cookbook from with specialities from Schwäbisch Hall. His father is native from this german city. At least, he showed us a book from Alsace where his mother is from, with traditionnel clothes.

Fynn und Bens Eltern sind beide aus Deutschland. Sie wollten uns jedoch trotzdem etwas aus Wuppertal erzählen. Aus dieser Stadt stammt ihre Mutter.

Fynn and Bens parents are both from Germany, but they also wanted to show us something from Wuppertal. This is the city where their mother is from.

Fynn zeigte uns ein Buch des Tanztheaters Wuppertal mit der Tänzerin "Pina Bausch". Seine Mutter hat bereits viele Stücke von ihr gesehen, Fynn bis jetzt noch nicht. Danach hörten wir eine CD des Saxophonorchesters Wuppertal, in dem Fynns Mutter früher mitgespiel hat.
Zum Schluss zeigte er uns einen Kugelschreiber mit der wuppertaler Schwebebahn, mit der er schon öfter gefahren ist.

Fynn presented us the dance theater of Wuppertal, which is very famous and the dancer "Pina Bausch". His mother already saw a lot of performances of this dancer. Fynn was not there yet.
We also listend to a CD from a saxophone orchester from Wuppertal. Their mother was member of this group.
At last he showed us a pen with the overhead railway from Wuppertal.
